Refund Policy

  • A customer can only cancel an order in the first 24 hours starting from the time of placing the order.
  • A customer can request to change the product with a different one in 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
  • If a customer haven't received his package, we will either refund them or ship another item item for them.
  • if the customer didn't like the quality of our product or the goods received are broken, the customer has the right to receive a full refund or change their product once they have sent us the product back, once we receive the product back, we will issue a full refund.
